COOPERATION: 

1- Unless otherwise indicated, BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS and its associates or employees are the exclusive photographers/videographers at this event. The parties agree that cooperation and communication between them is important in obtaining a good result.

2- BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS recommends that CLIENTS should identify to the photographer/ videographer the important individuals during the event and associated portraits, if they wish to have them photographed.

3- BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS is not responsible for not photographing desired guests if there is no one to assist in identifying and gathering people for photographs.

4. Clients agree and understand that the photographer(s) follow the instructions of the event administrator / reception manager must agree to accept the results that may occur from the said guidelines.

RESERVATION:

5- A signed contract (reservation form) and 50% advance payment are required to book the dates and times of the EVENT(S).

6- The date of the EVENT(S) may not be changed without the consent of BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS, and this approval may be conditional on the payment of an additional amount, as the case may be, and in case of non- approval, and this leads to the cancellation of the contract by the CLIENT, the reservation deposit is not refundable, and the damages will be calculated for BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS.

7- In the case of contract cancellation within three months from the date of reservation, BELLA LUNA RODUCTIONS will be intitled to the full amount of the service.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

8- The customer agrees to confirm the schedule when signing. Any changes in the schedule or location must be reported in a timely manner that does not conflict with the decision in the previous item.

9- If the CLIENT wishes to increase the number of service hours, an additional cost will be charged and if the service hours are moved beyond twelve o’clock in the morning, an additional cost will also be charged. 

10- The photography crew has the right to finish its work at the agreed hour, regardless of the circumstances of the event, and if the client requests an extension of the service, it will be subject to an increase in the cost according to the applicable custom, and all of this is subject to the approval of BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS.

SAFETY:

11- BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS reserve the right to terminate the coverage and leave the location of the EVENT(S) if the photographer from BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from person(s) at the EVENT(S).

PERMITS:

12- The CLIENT is responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permissions for all locations on which the BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS will be performing services.

13- If the company makes any necessary permits, an additional cost will be added.

FILM and COPYRIGHTS:

14- The photographs produced by BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS are protected by Omani Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS’ explicitly written permission. If the CLIENT has received a “Flash Drive” from BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS, upon final payment by the CLIENT, the copyright of the resulting photos will be transferred to the CLIENT. 

15- In the event of a divorce between the spouses before receiving the photos or a dispute occurs, BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS refrains from giving the photos to either party except with their permission, or by the virtue of a court ruling, while BELLA LUNA PROUDCTION is entitled to the full amount of the service.

16- If the CLIENT has received a “Flash Drive” from the BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS, the BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS grants the CLIENT permission to share the images on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites as long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to the BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

17- In the unlikely situations that the photographer(s) are injured, become too ill, or has an emergency that prevents them from photographing the event, BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If a suitable replacement is not found, the CLIENTS agree that responsibility and liability of BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS to the CLIENTS is limited to the return of all payments received for the event. 

18- In the event of an emergency or a force majeure on the part of the CLIENT that prevents him from holding the event, the company is entitled to the fees for its service according to what is indicated in clauses (7,8).

19- The company is not responsible for any results caused by an external influence, such as the lights placed by the client, power outages, the presence of another company for photography or other influences. ​

COMPLETION OF WORK:

20- Photos and USB summary are expected to be edited within the written dates on the booking form. Printed items and albums will require additional time.

ALBUMS/PRODUCTS:

21- BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS is not obliged to submit all the photos taken at the event. Album photos are chosen by BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS.

22- The final samples after production, editing and the overall view of the photos are left to the discretion of BELLA LUNA PRODUCTIONS.

23- Once designed, the design may be viewed by the CLIENT for final approval. Minimal changes may be made at that time, but no changes may be made after final album approval. Changes in more than 20% of pages in the 1st draft may incur additional charges and the 2nd draft will be the final output.

​24- The duration of receipt of the album by the customer is six months after informing them of its readiness, and after the expiry of the specified duration BELLA LUNA will endeavor to preserve it, but if it is damaged, the company is not responsible for it.

25- It is due that the 50% fee paid is non-refundable at the time of signing the agreement. The remaining balance shall be paid in full at the latest fourteen days before the day of the event. In the event that the amount is not transferred as specified, BELLA LUNA has the right not to attend and terminate this Agreement immediately without any other obligation, and to retain any money paid.
